At this meeting we gather all the facts, your needs, your wish list etc. After we gather all the information we can proceed to design and plan your project. Plans & Design Most of the time plans are required in order to prepare an accurate proposal of your project. Our design service is available to all our customers. Detailed CAD drawings and plans are created with your input and our expertise. Contract/Proposal The Contract/Proposal are instructions of the project. The first several pages outline the contract agreement with the general requirements and payment schedule. The remaining pages are the project details which list all items included in the proposal in the order of the construction. Agreement When the proposal is accepted, the project is scheduled at the next available date convenient to you.
